Diploma of Communications
Townsville
This course is for the duration of two academic years. Students enrol full-time in an on-campus/off-campus mode. This involves two seven week on-campus compulsory residentials per year. As part of the course students gain practical experience by association with a media organisation.
Residential 1 begins in February and residential 2 begins in September. Level 2 students are required to undertake a work experience placement at a media organisation.
All residentials are held at the Townsville campus. Applicants for entry into this course will undergo a series of diagnostic assessments and interviews.
