This course will provide advanced academic
and practical postgraduate training for professional practice at
a level sufficient to meet the criteria for State registration as
a practising psychologist. It will also meet the requirement of
six years academic training for membership of the Australian Psychological
Society. To qualify for the award students must satisfactorily complete
48 credit units in the Psychology subjects listed below, consisting
of:
- 27 credit units of designated course work;
- 12 credit units from
three supervised practicums;
- 9 credit units by research
dissertation.
