Postgraduate studies in Health Science are available at Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters levels. Full details on the courses are outlined in the Award Requirements.
GRADUATE CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH SCIENCE (RURAL NURSING PRACTICE)
A candidate must be registered as a nurse and complete the 12 units as listed below:
- Rural Nursing Practice I:03
- Rural Nursing Practice III:03
- Cross Cultural Nursing:03
- Adolescent Health:03
GRADUATE DIPLOMA OF HEALTH SCIENCE (RURAL NURSING PRACTICE)
In addition to the 12 units listed above, a candidate must complete the 12 units as listed below:
- Rural Mental Health:03
- Trauma Nursing Course:03
- Emergency Nursing Paediatric Course:03
- One elective unit chosen from
- Rural Nursing Practice II:03
- Nutrition:03
- Midwifery Practice Enhancement Unit:03
