Prerequisites: 18 level 2 units including MG2701 or permission of HOS

26 lectures, 12 tutorials. First semester (Townsville campus); second semester (Cairns campus).

This subject analyses organisational development and change activities at the individual, group and organisational levels.

Learning Objectives:

  1. to provide an understanding of the role and functions of organisational development;
  2. identify and analyse change activities at all levels of the organisation;
  3. use an experiential learning approach to facilitate learning of theories and processes.
