Subject Description

    Students will learn how to operate the OPERA Property Management System (PMS), make reservations and billing using OPERA. Learn valuable customer service and front office skills to prepare our students for a career in hospitality and tourism.

Special Assessment Requirements

This student is enrolled at JCU while attending certifications at TAFE. This is a pass fail subject so it will not reflect on the students GPA. For quality control and to assist the students with any issues that may arise, the students stays in touch with the Learning Integrated Work Director through blackboard using reflection assignments during their certifications with TAFE.
