Subject Description

    This subject covers the law relating to conveyancing and drafting. It covers, in particular, an introduction to REIQ standard land contracts, auction sales, formation of contract, deposit, options to purchase, particulars of sale and title, adversely affected property, requisitions, special conditions, settlement and drafting a range of legal documents including those involved in the conveyancing process.

  • Written > Examination (College administered) - (50%) - Individual
  • Drafting Portfolio (30%); Conveyancing Portfolio (20%) - (50%) - Individual
