Subject Description

    In this subject students will develop knowledge and skills to be adaptive, flexible, and culturally responsive in professional practice. Students will apply legal, ethical and professional frameworks to inform professional practice for diverse populations. Students will develop and critically reflect on their professional practice skills, including leadership, inclusivity, and inter-professional practice.

Learning Outcomes

  • Apply legal, ethical, and professional frameworks to inform culturally-responsive practice
  • Consult and collaborate within teams to critically review cases across diverse cultural settings
  • Reflect critically on one's self to develop quality practice, and to plan ongoing professional learning

  • Oral > Presentation 1 - (30%) - Group
  • Participation > Class participation - Individual
  • Written > Learning plan - (30%) - Individual
  • Written > Reflection/reflective task 1 - (40%) - Individual
