Subject Description

    This module introduces participants to key strategies for health service delivery relevant to rural and remote settings. Through work-based activities, participants explore a chosen strategy for the health service and identify health service processes and clinical practices required to successfully implement the chosen strategy.

Learning Outcomes

  • analyse strategies for health service delivery relevant to rural and remote settings through consideration of a care pathway for a specific consumer group
  • investigate the clinical practices and service processes that support the implementation of a strategy as part of a health service relevant to rural and remote settings
