Subject Description

This module introduces participants to the fundamentals of project management. Participants will be guided through the stages of project management using a work-based project.

Learning Outcomes

analyse a work-based project plan based on knowledge of project management principles
evaluate the potential for successful implementation of a work-based project through an analysis of the project plan
