Subject Description
- Introduction to trusts and their operation in Australia including the types of trusts, the creation of trusts, trustees and their responsibilities, beneficiaries and their rights and tracing.
Learning Outcomes
- an understanding and knowledge of the law of trusts
- ability to analyse and assess the law
- ability to identify legal issues and to apply the law to given factual situations
Subject Assessment
- Invigilated > End of semester exam - (70%)
