Subject Description

    3D animation techniques and their application to the design of computer games.

Learning Outcomes

  • ability to choose and use effectively current 3-D animation methods
  • characterise the phenomenology of 3-D avatars and scenes from a game design perspective
  • carry out a 3-D animation project

Subject Assessment

  • Invigilated > End of semester exam - (15%)
  • Practical test - (30%)
  • Non-Invigilated > Assignments - (45%)
  • Practical participation - (10%)
