Learning Outcomes
- solve mathematical and numerical problems associated with the theoretical concepts covered in a selection of topics in advanced quantum mechanics;
- exhibit an appreciation of the role, relevance, and application of advanced quantum mechanics on modern scientific technology;
- undertake, and demonstrate, computational investigation associated with the theoretical concepts covered, and to write reports based on that analysis;
- undertake laboratory work by gathering, analysing, and documenting experimental and observational data through various aspects related to application of quantum mechanics.
