The focus of this subject is on the quality use of medicines, medication safety and distribution as it relates to clinical pharmaceutical practice. This subject will extend the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of registered pharmacists in quality use of medicines and distribution services. It aims to equip students with the skills and expertise to develop quality use of medicine protocols, patient specific and non patient specific distribution as well as create networks and collaborate with other health professionals in a range of health settings to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes for patients.
