This subject builds on knowledge and skills gained in LA1105/LA2011. Topics covered include discharge of contracts, remedies and vitiating factors.
Learning Outcomes
- Explain and apply the principles of the Law of Contract in Australia to solve problems and respond to a range of practical scenarios;
- Evaluate and apply the legal principles associated with discharge of contract by performance, agreement, operation of law, breach, frustration and remedies;
- Evaluate and apply the legal principles associated with vitiating factors.
