Successful conservation and management of environmental resources must include consideration of peoples values, beliefs, attitudes and actions. This subject will examine how these human dimensions affect conservation and management of natural resources, how they can be studied, and how to achieve positive outcomes by incorporating them into conservation and management planning and implementation processes.
