This subject is the final of four subjects that constitute the Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) Honours (Graduate entry) within the Institute of Sport and Exercise Science, when studied part time. Students in this subject will undertake a research project on an agreed topic under the supervision of an appropriate staff member from the Institute of Sport and Exercise Science.
Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to review and critically appraise literature relevant to the chosen research topic;
- Demonstrate the ability to design and undertake research in a systematic, scientific and ethical manner appropriate to the research area;
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct appropriate analysis of the data collected and report logical conclusions from the research results;
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate (oral and written) research findings to a range of audiences.
