Enrolment in this subject is restricted to all students enrolled in the Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree and Speech Pathology IHCAP Program (not Speech Pathology Honours students).

Students will work in small groups to identify a speech pathology project leading to the development of a clinical or other speech pathology review, guideline, service evaluation or service development which they will continue to work on in SL3006, SL4005 and SL4006. This subject will require students to demonstrate the ability to formulate answerable clinical questions, develop effective search strategies and critically appraise the research literature. Students will learn how to be critical consumers of the research literature and begin to develop their project proposal.
