NM3620 - Post-Production Theory & Application

This subject develops students' expertise in music, sound and moving image post production. It covers the theory and practice of linear off-line, on-line and digital non-linear audio post production. Students will develop post-production workflow and process, editing theory and film language by understanding the pace and rhythm of the moving image. Students will learn to utilise "Green Screen" technology and digital matte painting. They will create basic effects, images and titles along with synchronisation and "cleaning audio" in post.
