Credit points: 03
Year: 2018
Student Contribution Band: Band
Administered by: College of Business, Law & Governance

The subject explores existing thinking, theory, practices, and issues of leadership; and, emerging leadership challenges, in an increasingly complex world. The subject establishes a framework to examine and reflect on leadership in a range of contemporary contexts including society and politics, public and/or private organisations. A focus of the subject is for participants to critically examine themselves and others involved in a variety of leadership contexts, to critically reflect on the impact this has upon leadership practice. Ultimately, the subject draws participants to consider their own leadership perspectives and practice within the contexts in which they will be leading.
