Learning Outcomes
- have a broad knowledge of elements of French culture through the reading programme;
- read authentic materials from the French press with sensitivity to tone;
- write with increasing fluency on diverse topics using academic French;
- write in different French styles, in particular journalistic French;
- read an avant-garde French novel;
- reach level of social proficiency (3+ on the ISLPR scale).
