This subject provides students with advanced knowledge and understanding about the ethical practice of educational leadership. Contemporary theories of effective leadership are examined and the elements and methods of leader development are defined. This subject focuses on a critically reflective, ethical and transformative approach to issues and practices of educational leadership. Students will identify, review, reflect on, and evaluate their leadership practices in a discontinuously globalised world.
