This reflective practice research capstone subject is designed to support students as they complete their practicum in guidance and counselling. This subject emphasises the use of reflective practice research and includes a major research component in the form of a review of the literature. This review will focus on the ethical application of counselling with regards to the tropics, sustainability, Indigenous, intercultural, rural and regional wellbeing as well as disabilities and other forms of vulnerability.

Prerequisites:9 credit points of core level 5 ED subjects selected from ED5853, ED5857, ED5859, ED5862, ED5863, ED5864
