This subject explores the theme of governance and in particular, governance through adjudicative law and legislative law. Sources of law, the court hierarchies, the doctrine of precedent and statutory interpretation are areas of focus within these concepts. The subject develops legal, ethical and technological literacy and provides a range of skills and knowledge required for legal research, writing and problem solving.
