Available to level 2 sport and exercise science students, physical education students and other students as approved by the Director of the Institute of Sport and Exercise Science.

This subject is designed to provide the physiological basis, practical laboratory skills and scientific knowledge necessary for effective evaluation of metabolic responses, physical fitness and health outcomes in laboratory and field settings. Further, this subject is designed to examine the beneficial effects of exercise and sport on health, chronic conditions and disease.
