This subject is for students wishing to undertake research in pharmacology. Available to suitably qualified graduates from any science based disciplines.
Learning Outcomes
- To learn the skills associated with running a research investigation;
- To be able to carry out a literature search and critically analyse and review the literature;
- To present research findings to a mixed audience;
- To use scientific methodology and train in a specific area of research;
- To develop competency to work in a generic research laboratory;
- To cultivate research aptitude and potential, enabling a student to make a choice as to whether they would be suited to undertake a higher research degree..
