This subject provides an opportunity for students to gain experience and understanding of the design processes involved in creating digital and prototype designs for public spaces. Students will gain an understanding of the restraints of working to a brief, and an understanding of available materials and processes to make work that is suitable for public spaces. In addition students will examine how designs can create a particular feeling that is suitable for a space in the tropics.
