This module explores the role of Quality Improvement (QI) processes in improving the performance of an organisation's health care services. Participants will be guided to identify, develop, implement and report on a small QI activity.

- Identify Quality Improvement processes in the local service context;
- Apply knowledge and skills to a work-based quality improvement activity;
- Evaluate the implications of quality improvement on health service improvement.
