This subject identifies and reviews the strategic tangible assets of a firm, the value chain, and how to harmonize the value chain to achieve strategic outcomes. This subject builds on the strategic role of operations management principles, supply chain, and global logistics through to their integrated role in the global economy generally and from an Asian/China perspective in particular. The individual building blocks are: Operations management, Supply chain management and Global logistics
