Learning Outcomes
- effectively communicate, including written and oral and other forms, in a professional environment;
- define a scope, identify resources, produce cost estimate and budgeting for a project;
- use risk management analysis to identify risks, assess their effects on a project timeline and implement appropriate intervention plans;
- apply various project management tools and concepts for performance evaluation, auditing and successful delivery of projects;
- consciously apply systems thinking, approaches and concepts in a range of engineering management problems including dealing with complexity and uncertainty;
- appreciate and apply sustainable practices while planning, designing and managing projects;
- appreciate professional and ethical responsibilities and abide by them while delivering projects.
