This subject provides opportunitys for students to deepen their cultural knowledge and understanding of creativity by reflecting in a considered way on the processes of imagining, making, innovating, exhibiting and/or performing. Students will focus on understanding, developing and refining ideas and theories of creative processes to enhance their creative practice and potential for a career in the creative industries. As well as the requirement to resolve and produce creative work, students will be provided with opportunities to reflect intellectually on their outputs over time and to consider intellectual, cultural, psychological, social and other issues of relevance to them as creative practitioners.
