This subject continues building advanced level communicative skills across the four macro-skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, through the study of authentic fictional and non-fictional Japanese prose.
Learning Outcomes
- increase in general students proficiency beyond the level achieved in the prerequisite advanced level subject;
- increase the accuracy and complexity of language use in discussions and in summary writing with special emphasis on using the appropriate register of speech.
