Available to students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master of Health Professional Education, Graduate Diploma of Rural and Remote Medicine, Master of Rural and Remote Medicine or the Graduate certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master of Nursing or by permission of the Subject or Course Coordinator or Head of School.

This subject proves an introduction to key theories and concepts applicable to health professional education including adult learning, experiential learning, scaffolding and active learning. Students will learn how to plan an effective learning session and to apply best practice educator knowledge and skills to education sessions.
