This subject introduces students to the processes and approaches to research in Early Childhood Education. It requires students to critically examine issues of knowledge construction, research methodology and links between research and practice. Students will examine their own practices through an Action Research cycle.

- critically evaluate issues of knowledge construction, research methods and links between research and practice;
