Core subject for all teacher education students. LIMITED offering available only to RATEP students.

Through the study of this subject you will be examining a range of special needs that you might encounter in children/students from birth to 18 years. You will be given guidance to help to make accommodations and modification to the curriculum and the learning environment in order to meet the learning requirements of children/students with special needs. In addition, you will be introduced to national and international policies guiding the inclusion of children/students with special needs into mainstream classrooms.
