Develop connections with the creative arts industries. An advanced knowledge of the creative arts industries is achieved through research and investigation strategies in order to develop global understandings of such areas as funding streams, valuation strategies, grant writing, employment structures and career opportunities. Connection with creative arts industries is achieved via the study of a range of topic areas including personal and professional promotion and development strategies, business case studies and investigations, and personal/career reflections.
Learning Outcomes
- design and create promotional material for self- promotion and self-marketing;
- apply an advanced level of knowledge of contemporary creative arts industry issues;
- generate an enhanced understanding of the nature of the creative industries sector.
