Enrolment in this subject is restricted to all students enrolled in the Bachelor of Speech Pathology with Honours including students from IHCAP stream who undertake Honours).
Students in this subject will complete the Honours Research Project commenced in the previous year and progressed in the previous study period. Students will complete any remaining data analysis, interpret results and present the research findings both orally and in writing.
Learning Outcomes
- students will demonstrate the ability to conduct appropriate analysis of research data and extract logical conclusions from the results;
- students will demonstrate the ability to communicate research details and findings in writing, in a coherent and scholarly manner either by a thesis or a research article suitable for publication in an appropriate scientific journal;
- students will demonstrate the ability to present key information about their own research clearly and succinctly in an oral presentation.
