Available to students who have been awarded a recognised degree in Physiotherapy or its equivalent
Students in this subject will commence a research project on a topic to be agreed between the student and the Postgraduate Coordinator (Physiotherapy), carried out under the supervision of a supervisor from the Discipline of Physiotherapy. Students will learn skills in literature review and research proposal development.
Learning Outcomes
- students will acquire and demonstrate the ability to conduct appropriate analysis of the data collected and extract logical conclusions from the research results;
- students will demonstrate advanced skills to review, critically appraise and synethesise literature relevant to the chosen research topic;
- students will design and undertake research in a systematic and scientific manner;
- students will communicate the research finding using advanced written, oral and presentation communication skills.
