Students will engage in one or more of the roles involved in the production of a digital media platform. In so doing, they will work in real-life scenarios, to real deadlines, within the ethical and legal constraints of professional practice. The resultant work will contribute significantly to students' graduate portfolios.
Learning Outcomes
- learn how to work in a professional environment;
- enhance their learning experience about the ethical constraints expected in the professional practice of journalism;
- enhance their learning about the legal constraints expected in the professional practice of journalism;
- learn how to deliver to a deadline;
- learn how to take leadership in the production process.
