This subject focuses on situated and user-centred analysis, design and testing of the usability and user experience of interactive systems. Aspects of the following topics will be considered: conceptual theories, user characteristics, user modelling, and usability engineering (user-centred design, user needs analysis, participatory design and usability evaluation).
