Strategic entrepreneurship explores strategy and entrepreneurship presenting these integrated areas in a theoretical, applied and experiential manner based on key themes. These include mainstream and social entrepreneurship identifying commonalities and differences between each category. Moving between strategy and operations it illustrates the links between the two areas and explains how both are necessary for entrepreneurial success. The subject achieves this through discussion of the agile design methodology in customer development and the lean venture with analysis of numerous theoretical and empirical examples in developing competitive business.
