Asset management: describe the concepts, theory and methods of infrastructure management; identify asset performance requirements and manage asset management data; develop life cycle models for assets. Maintenance: provide an overview and introduction to the essential elements of an effective asset maintenance strategy. Reliability: introduce basic reliability concepts and methodologies.
