This subject extends and deepens student knowledge and competencies with core counselling micro skills developed in ED5863 Foundations of Counselling Practice. The integration of the microskills hierarchy from different theoretical and multicultural perspectives will be explored. Ethical responsibilities within the counselling profession will be addressed.

    Special Assessment Requirements:Students must pass the reflective tasks and the video recordings of counselling sessions plus transcription analysis and reflective report of 2 sessions; and online reflective tasks to pass the subject
