ED5304 - Evaluation and Scholarship in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education

Credit points: 03
Year: 2014
Student Contribution Band: Band 1
Administered by: School of Education (pre 2015)

Available only students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate of Education (Academic Practice).

This subject will extend ED5300 and ED5301 by engaging in cycles of critical reflection of your own academic practice through review of student learning, peer observation, action research and the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). It positions academic professionals as learners and researchers in the context and constraints of an ever changing higher education sector. ED5304 assessment forms a scholarly project plan that can be implemented in the elective subject that follows (ED5305), combined with the development or extension of your contemporary academic e-profile.
