This is the second subject in the Professional Studies strand of the Bachelor of Education, following ED2491 -Teaching for Learning 1. The focus of this subject will be the development of research informed practice to support productive and engaging learning in primary settings. Students will develop a range of competencies in aligning curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and management to deliver quality learning. Through work integrated learning, students will develop skills in collecting and analyzing evidence to develop their own pedagogical practices to promote engaging and challenging learning for diverse learners. Students are required to undertake five (5) days of professional experience.
