This subject is designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary for independent research of sport and exercise science practice including literature reviewing, data and statistical interpretation, and oral and written presentation.
Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the design, conduct and evaluation of research used in sport and exercise science;
- Demonstrate skills in information retrieval and critical analysis of published scientific material;
- Demonstrate individual written and oral presentation skills for effective communication;
- Demonstrate the development skills required for independent study and research in at least one sport and exercise science discipline area.
