This subject is available to students enrolled in the Honours program. Students will utilise the project plan developed in PS3110 to guide the development of an original project relevant to Physiotherapy. This subject will require the student to produce a comprehensive literature review illustrating the student's thorough examination of the topic. Students will also be required to demonstrate progress in other areas of the project such as data collection and collation.
Learning Outcomes
- develop a literature review which comprehensively examines the student's thesis;
- demonstrate the excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to carry out the project plan developed in PS3110;
- demonstrate the capacity to independently manage the process of data collection, including ongoing consideration of issues related to reliability, validity, methodological rigor and ethical issues, to ensure adequate progress is achieved towards the completion of the project;
- utilise the support of supervisor/s and peers in the development of the research project;
- illustrate impeccable ethical standards in every phase of the project's development.
