In this subject students will work in a collaborative environment with students from information technology to create an interactive multimedia application with advanced new media functionalities. This project will use a media rich approach, a variety of software applications encompassing 2D computer graphics, computer animation techniques, and digital audio. Advanced navigation concepts and original interactive new media applications will be studied as exemplars of good practice. Creative-strategic design concepts will be examined in context of contemporary issues of web culture and technologies.
