Students will learn the different phases involved in developing and designing a curriculum. They will be able to identify and discus the challenges involved in curriculum development.
Learning Outcomes
- Discuss the meaning and components of a curriculum;
- Compare and contrast between curriculum development and curriculum design;
- Describe the steps in the curriculum development;
- Discuss the main challenges in designing a curriculum for a health care program;
- Outline a curriculum evaluation framework for a selected practice.
