AQ2002 - Aquaculture of Tropical Species

The majority of the world's future aquaculture will reside in the tropics. This subject will introduce the student to aquaculture in tropical Australia and other tropical regions of the World. It will provide information about the status and methods of production of the major tropical species cultured and about the trends and opportunities for new species culture.

Prerequisites:At least 12 credit points of Level 1 science BZ, CH, EA, EV, MA, MB, PH or SC subjects.
