This subject will cover and explore topics relevant to high performance in sport settings. These topics may include: motivation, arousal, stress and anxiety with sport and exercise performance; sport and exercise behavioural skills training; distraction strategies and intensity regulation; and behavioural determinants of athletic injury and eating disorders.
